Rourke Callahan

Rourke founded the firm in 2009 after nearly a decade trying cases at the Legal Aid Society, where he learned the discipline the practice is still built on: that a case is won by the lawyer who prepares as if it is already lost, and that the side with more resources is not the same as the side with the better argument.

He leads the firm's commercial and trial litigation — contract, partnership, and fiduciary disputes, and the serious injury cases the firm takes selectively. He has tried more than forty cases to a jury and remains first-chair on each of his matters from intake to verdict.

Gia Ferraro Partner

Gia Ferraro

Gia spent the first six years of her career defending employers before she moved, for good, to the other side of the table. She knows exactly how a company documents a case against someone it plans to remove — which is precisely why she is difficult to beat when she is building the record back.

She handles the firm's employment and executive disputes: discrimination and retaliation claims, compensation and non-compete fights, and the departure of senior people, where reputation is often worth more than the number. Clients describe her the same way — measured, and then, at the right moment, decisive.

Darius Nazari Partner

Darius Nazari

Darius runs the firm's white-collar defense and appellate work — the parts of a case that reward patience and precision. He clerked for a state appellate judge, which is another way of saying he has read thousands of trials that went wrong and understands, in detail, how they got there.

He guides clients through government inquiries and internal investigations before they become public, and he handles the motions and appeals where a single sentence in the record can decide the outcome. In the courtroom he is the quiet one — until the argument that the panel remembers.
